Six Easy Meditations to Help You Heal and Cope while Co-Parenting During and After Divorce

As a divorce coach, mediator, and lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, I know that co-parenting during a high-conflict divorce can feel completely impossible. What used to feel within your control is now spiraling like a tornado in all directions.
Bring some calm to the storm by stopping, taking a breath, and reciting one or more of my mantras for co-parenting.
Mantras for Conscious Co-Parenting

How to Practice Mantras for Conscious Co-Parenting
To practice, simple set a timer for 1-3 minutes, close your eyes, and repeat your chosen mantra for the duration of the practice. You can choose to say the mantra out loud or to repeat it to yourself.
