Tricia manages her own caseload of divorce, custody, and post-decree matters—handling everything from financial disclosures to settlement drafting and parenting plans. She is known for her meticulous case preparation, accessible communication style, and ability to guide clients through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
Before becoming an LLP, Tricia supported high-asset, high-conflict family law cases at top Denver firms and worked closely with general counsel at a major Colorado electrical cooperative on sensitive legal matters. Her background spans civil law, estate planning and probate, adoption, and domestic litigation—making her a versatile and strategic legal partner.
Tricia holds a Paralegal Certificate from Auburn University and a BBA in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University. She’s licensed by the Colorado Supreme Court as an LLP and has been trusted by both attorneys and clients for her integrity, reliability, and results.
Before relocating to Colorado, Tricia studied at Nashville School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2021, she and her family moved to Colorado to support her son during a difficult divorce and custody battle. Her dedication and presence were instrumental, and her son was ultimately awarded primary custody of his daughter.
Having experienced a divorce herself after 22 years of marriage, Tricia brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her work. She draws from her own journey to support and advocate for others navigating similar challenges, offering not just legal guidance but compassion and clarity during an emotionally complex time.
Outside of her professional life, Tricia cherishes time with her husband, children, and especially her granddaughter. Her life is grounded in faith and family, which remain her greatest sources of strength and inspiration.
