Evolved Law, LLC Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Evolved Law's Scheduling System ("the System"), provided by Evolved Law, LLC ("Evolved Law," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the System, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the System. 

You understand and acknowledge that any communication or interaction with Evolved Law or its representatives through the System, does not create an attorney-client relationship. Evolved Law provides the System solely for scheduling and administrative purposes and does not provide legal advice or representation. No attorney-client privilege or confidentiality is established through the use of the System.

The information provided through the System is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice or a substitute for professional legal counsel. The content and materials available through the System may not be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You should consult with a qualified attorney or legal professional for advice specific to your situation.

While we strive to maintain the security and confidentiality of the information transmitted through the System, you acknowledge that the transmission of data over the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit through the System, and you do so at your own risk. Evolved Law shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your information.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the System, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to restrict your access to the System or terminate your account, at our sole discretion and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

The System and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Evolved Law or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any part of the System without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolved Law, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the System or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evolved Law operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the System shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Evolved Law regarding the use of the System and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.
